Detailed description of the works Require an accredited conservation architecht to prepare, submit and manage to planning approval, a planning application for change of use of a protected structure zoned commercial to residential use. 2,500sqft georgian terraced house. The building is in good condition and no building work is required, so planning involves preparing the submission, conservation report and minimal design. Intention to prepare submission asap ideally within 4 - 5 weeks maximum time frame.
